At Sweatbank, we believe in eating well. So naturally this means never EVER dieting!  Whether your goals are for weight loss or performance enhancement, or even just feeling better and being less bloated, our partners at Additional Nutritional can customize you a holistic nutrition plan that matches your lifestyle. Things such as how much sleep you get, how stressed out you are, what body type you have, your fitness level and activity schedule, age, sex, allergies, likes/dislikes etc. are all taken into account when we schedule your nutrients.

Opting in for a custom meal plan means you’re taking your goals one step further and faster. Nutrition is a huge component when it comes to getting results. You can never out train a poor diet. By doing regular monthly assessments with you, frequent check ins, emails of support and resources like cookbooks and recipes that we email you out, we help you stay accountable and on track to reach your goals.

BREATHE

Our Yoga practices offer not only the physical benefit of the practice, but the emotional benefit as well. With daily lessons in Ashtanga Yoga, you can stretch, strengthen, lengthen, and LOVE your body. The Ashtanga practice is a path to a higher state of awareness and a way to cultivate balance and establish connections on physical, mental and spiritual levels.  As with any practice, from cooking to playing basketball, you must start with what you have and set yourself on a course that can help you to grow from where you are.  We will talk mainly about the physical aspect of the practice here, and equip you with the general guidance that you need to get started on a safe journey that has major potential to set you up for positive change.

SWEAT

When it comes to success in fitness, it takes many factors to produce results. Ask any reputable fitness expert what it takes and they’ll tell you, Consistency, Variety, Motivation, Information, Enthusiasm, Dedication, Accountability and Support. SweatBank covers all of these and then some!

You will have an abundance of Consistency and Variety through fresh daily workouts that are tough, no matter what your level, as well as access to a bank of workouts to pull from.  Not only will the types of workouts change, which will keep your body guessing, but the sequencing, movements and timing will vary so that your body never has the chance to plateau.

Through a community of individuals on a similar path, you will find yourself dedicated to the process of achieving your goals through offering your support and receiving theirs. You will find yourself accountable to SweatBank, through its virtual reward system where your track and accumulate all of your virtual sweat drops in order to achieve the next reward. Similarly you will become Accountable to the individuals within the SweatBank community who are always in your corner routing for you.

They say, a goal without a plan is just a wish! Sweat Bank can take your wishes and help you turn them into real life dreams come true! I will NEVER say that it will be easy. It won’t be. But it IS quite simple!  There’s a lot of hard work and effort ahead of you but with a good strategy in place, all you have to do is follow the steps. Whatever your roadblocks to success have been in the past; time, money, motivation, feeling discouraged, fear of failure, lack of experience and knowledge, feeling insecure… this site has been designed to help you get around them, so that you can turn your set-back into a COME BACK!
