What is SweatBank?

SweatBank is a community of like minded individuals who are focused on achieving their health and fitness goals in a supportive community setting. We provide fresh daily video workouts to take to the gym or to do at home, weekly recipes, and continuous motivation.

Why SweatBank

One simple reason; RESULTS! When it comes to success in fitness, it takes many factors to produce results. Ask any reputable fitness expert what it takes and they’ll tell you, Consistency, Variety (in your training methods), Motivation, Information, Enthusiasm, Dedication, Accountability and Support. SweatBank covers all of these and then some!

You will have an abundance of Consistency and Variety through fresh daily workouts that are tough, no matter what your level, as well as access to a bank of workouts to pull from. Not only will the types of workouts change, which will keep your body guessing, but the sequencing, movements and timing will vary so that your body never has the chance to plateau.

Your Motivation and Enthusiasm will stem and grow from having access to the latest Information on nutrition and fitness issues that are highly relevant to women, revealing all the “Hows” and Whys” behind what it is you’re doing.

Through a community of individuals on a similar path, you will find yourself Dedicated to the process of achieving your goals through giving your Support and receiving theirs. You will find yourself Accountable to SweatBank, through its virtual reward system where your track and accumulate all of your virtual sweat drops in order to achieve the next reward. Similarly you will become Accountable to the individuals within the SweatBank community who are always in your corner routing for you.

Daily WhiteBoard Workouts

Never ever do the same workout twice! Never again wonder what you're going to do at the gym, but instead be excited by the challenge that you're taking there! And never worry about how you'll get your workout in while your toddler is napping! ....or refusing to nap! We post a new, challenging workout to the White Board every single day, for you to do at home or bring to the gym, and will include variations for beginners, intermediate level and advanced members.

Here's where we'll be keeping you on your toes with the latest information in fitness and nutrition that is relevant to women, as well as posting weekly recipes that are delicious, healthy and will keep you on track toward your goals.

Sweat Drops for Your Bank

If having fresh daily workouts and a community of women who back you isn't enough, we have another form of motivation to keep you going and pumped to do your workouts. For every workout you complete, we will give you SweatDrops in your Bank. Each reward level will offer up the opportunity for some serious swag! Everything from hot tank tops, t-shirts, water bottles and hoodies! Just another reason to move with us everyday!

The Stock Exchange – Facebook Private Community

This is our forum and where the community lives! If you've never had a team of support behind you before, you'd be surprised by how far it can take you. Supporting someone else's journey can be just as motivating as having someone support and encourage yours. On our private Facebook forum, you can post your workout successes, questions, ideas, milestones met toward your goals, encourage others, seek advice, or just chit chat with other friendly ladies who are on a similar journey.

ZenBank

Not only do we offer you new daily workouts on the Whiteboard, but we have a wide variety of programming such as Ashtanga Yoga training, unique fitness challenges and specialized training style programming such as Mobility and Suspension Training (coming 2021).

Customized Nutrition

Working out just got WAY more effective with our addition of Customized Nutrition plans through our partner at Additional Nutritional. We can now offer you a completely customized meal plan, complete with grocery list via our app, that considers over 150 factors that make up your unique lifestyle.
